I bought the Insanity Workout to get into shape quickly for a wedding. I would be seeing people I hadn’t seen in years and I was afraid they wouldn’t recognize me I had gained so much weight. Actually I used to be annoying, always harping about eating right so for them to see me like this would have been devastating.
I chose Insanity for two reasons. First, there were lots of people talking about how difficult the workout was and I knew I was going to have to work my butt off to get back in shape in two months. No workout program that’s easy really works so quickly. Well, let me say it’s a very difficult program and I wasn’t even keeping up with Shaun T. most of the time. I had to wait till I caught my breath and could continue and the fat still melted off.
The second reason that I bought the Insanity Workout was the price. I figured if I spent over $100, I would feel so guilty that I would have to finish the program. At $50 per moth,it was cheaper than the gym but I never could have made it to the gym 6 days a week. This is the grueling schedule Insanity called for. Plus, once you spend $100 or a workout plan, there is little money left over for junk food. Maybe it’s not the best reasoning in the world, but it worked!
