Tips to Avoid Heartburn Without Drugs

If you often suffer from episodes of acidity or gastric reflux, it is possible to reduce its effects by simple changes in their nutritional habits and life, and that small changes bring big results, like everything in life.

Most people who have acid reflux, you should consider that the foods chosen to consume during night time and will have consequences during sleep or the next morning when generators are incorrect or acidity.

As well as the time of last intake is very important since it is advisable to eat 2 to 3 hours before going to bed, never eat and lie down immediately, as it is source of many digestive problems, resulting in the occurrence of nightmares, insomnia, heartburn, morning headache, drowsiness, and so on.

Acidic foods, will make it easier to get acid reflux, thus reducing their consumption is the most simple and adequate to address the problem, within which sweetened beverages and milk play a very prominent role as producers of acidity such as, milk, orange juice, caffeinated beverages (soft drinks), alcoholic (are producing sugar, etc.).

The acid-producing foods are: hot peppers, pastries, sweets, desserts, canned goods, chocolate, citrus fruits, tomatoes, elaborate meals (sauces, etc.).

Another simple and effective advice, is to regulate the nocturnal intake in relation to quantity, little is ideal to eat, to sleep well and wake up better.
