As you probably know, the Insanity Workout is a home fitness program with Shaun T as the trainer. The program comes complete with 10 DVDs, a fitness guide, information about eating well, and a calendar to keep track of your workout schedule. Insanity takes 60 days to complete and you follow one DVD each day, 6 days a week.
If you read Insanity reviews online you will see that nearly everyone agrees that the Insanity Workout program includes some very intensive workouts. Amazingly, the company that produces Insanity markets it this way. They don’t lie and promise quick weight loss or bulging muscles for little effort. Beachbody, the producers of Insanity, tell people flat out that this is no quick weight loss plan. The Insanity Workout is for people who are in shape and want to get in better shape.
I have not seen any negative Insanity reviews except from people who could not do the workouts do to physical problems. They must have just bought the program and not read anything out it although you would think the name “Insanity” would be a clue. Regardless, the Insanity Workout program is challenging according to nearly every one of the reviews so don’t feel badly if you have a difficult time with it at first. It does get easier, but never easy.
