Cancer. According to Luciano Sposato, codirector of the Center for Stroke Favaloro Foundation, the study does not confirm the effect of stress in this disease. But animal studies have shown that chronic stress weakens the defense and creates greater susceptibility to certain cancers. Chronic stress affects the neuroendocrine circuits by changing the system that protects against genetic mutations predisposing to certain cancers. Scientists have shown that cancer patients that stress and negative feelings less chance of recovery.

Heart attack. Chronic stress accelerate the emergence of cholesterol plaque in the arteries of the heart. A life less healthy, low physical activity, poor diet and lack of sleep could explain this relationship. acute stress situations such as traffic or death against a family member can trigger heart attacks.

Poor posture is one of the main reasons for the burning of chronic back pain. Stress, improper footwear, slouching, sleeping on a mattress too soft, female pelvic disorders, rheumatism, slipped disc, sciatica, spinal degeneration, arthritis and other bone diseases are among the other reasons that are the cause of back pain.

The symptom of back pain or burning back pain depends on the cause of the problem. If your back has had an injury or stress, stiffness, muscle cramps and spasms may result. The pain usually creeps slowly or suddenly in the lower back or buttocks, which can be further aggravated by injury or movement that will last for 2 to 3 days and then gradually diminish in the coming days. Sciatica is the worst pain you could get. It can come on suddenly or slowly and sends a burning pain shot in the buttocks down the leg and foot. In general, a leg and foot are affected. The other indication of back pain is tingling, numbness and weakness in one or both legs. Smoking is another cause of back pain leading to malnutrition in spinal discs. Various Back Pain Causes

There are a number of causes back pain, but the two most common causes related to discs are disc injury and degenerative disc. Disc degeneration leads to loss of water content, which reduces the gap between two vertebrae. This can cause a pinched nerve and pain. Deformation of the discs is generally confused with ruptured disks. While the former is the normal condition, the last condition may be serious. Discs may bulge during the day and to carry the weight and return to normal at night during sleep. Ruptured discs are damaged discs caused by leakage of jelly like substance called nucleus pulpous.

Back Pain Causes

Among the causes of back pain in mid back pain can be caused by poor posture or sitting in one position for long. A badly designed chair can also lead to mid back pain.
