Music for sleep has proven very effective for relaxing and promote rest. According to several studies of older people with sleep problems 35% experienced improvement in their sleep after 45 minutes start listening to soft music and relaxing just before bedtime. Sometimes in the daily rhythm sleep costs us.

Hui-Ling Lai and Marion Good sleep patterns studied 60 people aged between 60 and 83 years. They were divided randomly into two groups of 30 subjects each. A group therapy was applied, and the other does not. In the results of their studies was that the music I had heard they were sleeping better sleep, improved heart rate and breathing less hectic. Sex before bedtime represent one of the best ways to ensure a good night’s sleep, according to a medical study has revealed.

But with a less romantic note, doctors also recommend sleeping in separate beds because it is the best solution to ensure that couples enjoy a good quality of sleep without any discomfort.

One of every six doctors in the survey about sex before bed, sleep in separate beds recommended after the procedure.

Physicians over 55 years were the most believers in sex as a way to help restful sleep and one third of physicians surveyed referred to the increase in the number of patients who are having trouble sleeping since the beginning of the recession . (more…)

Various Back Pain Causes

 Back PainBack pain causes a lot of problems and obstacles to the normal lifestyle of a person. There are a number of causes back pain, but the two most common causes related to discs are disc injury and degenerative disc. Disc degeneration leads to loss of water content, which reduces the gap between two vertebrae. This can cause a pinched nerve and pain. Deformation of the discs is generally confused with ruptured disks. While the former is the normal condition, the last condition may be serious. Discs may bulge during the day and to carry the weight and return to normal at night during sleep. Ruptured discs are damaged discs caused by leakage of jelly like substance called nucleus pulpous.

Back Pain Causes

Among the causes of back pain in mid back pain can be caused by poor posture or sitting in one position for long. A badly designed chair can also lead to mid back pain. Sleep Deprivation

Sleep is necessary to help the body regenerate and this means that one of its most vital organs, the brain. Sleep is necessary to enable it to restore to continue to perform at optimum levels. Sleep deprivation can affect your decision as does alcohol while driving.

After long periods of wakefulness or reduced sleep, neurons in the brain begin to misfire and visible this can affect a person’s behavior. This also affects a person’s overall health. Sleep temporary loss difficult to monitor and sustained attention.

With decreased sleep, higher-order cognitive tasks are more difficult to perform. The testing involved both accuracy and speed makes it difficult, while hampering the speed and accuracy is challenged to a limit. All that the person with sleep deprivation trying to achieve is disproportionate to what would normally be completed. The inability to concentrate may be because people are using some of their brains resources to fight the urge to sleep. (more…)
