Lower Triglycerides Diet

You’re a vegetarian? we offer food to lose weight and eat healthily. You should drink two liters of water per day, you will lose weight four pounds during the first month.
Day 1
Breakfast: 1 cup orange juice, two slices of bread, a glass of soy milk mixed with cereals and bran. You can accompany the bread with butter ligth.
Lunch: salad choices, including beans and rice, vegetable soup and choice of non-fat yogurt.
Snack: 2 apples grated.
Dinner: 2 eggs, homemade vegetable soup, your choice of vegetables steamed, 1 cup fruit salad.
