What is Anemia?

Anemia means that there are too few red blood cells in the blood or that too few red blood cells contain hemoglobin. [B] Hemoglobin [B] (Hb) is an iron-containing protein in red blood cells (erythrocytes) are present and ensure that oxygen from the lungs can be bound and transported.

Anemia signs and symptoms

Human blood consists of red blood cells that transports oxygen from our lungs to our tissues from white blood cells which protect us against bacteria, viruses, and foreign substances, along with coagulation factors. In addition, nutrients, hormones, electrolytes, and waste products to and from every cell in the body are transported through the blood.

If this was carefully regulated system breakdown or suffer from an imbalance, nothing of fatigue, brain hemorrhage and death. Nursing rich, healthy blood to survive is crucial for those which can be achieved by eating whole, pure, healthy food, drinking pure water and breathe clean air.

The lack of vitamin B12 and a shortage in the number or the hemoglobin content of red blood cells are all the causes of the most common types of anemia. Other types of anemia, leukemia, sickle cell anemia, hemophilia, and contains, are not represented in this article.

The symptoms of the common types Anemia
