Lower Triglycerides Diet

You’re a vegetarian? we offer food to lose weight and eat healthily. You should drink two liters of water per day, you will lose weight four pounds during the first month.

Day 1
Breakfast: 1 cup orange juice, two slices of bread, a glass of soy milk mixed with cereals and bran. You can accompany the bread with butter ligth.
Lunch: salad choices, including beans and rice, vegetable soup and choice of non-fat yogurt.
Snack: 2 apples grated.
Dinner: 2 eggs, homemade vegetable soup, your choice of vegetables steamed, 1 cup fruit salad.

Day 2
Breakfast: 1 cup orange juice, 1 egg, skim and 1 1yogurt grain toast. You can accompany the bread with butter ligth.
Lunch: soup and salad vegetables, peas, and lentils.
Snack: 1 cup skim milk with 2 tablespoons of cereal and apples.
Dinner: homemade vegetable soup, rice with walnuts, lettuce, tomatoes and onions 100g. brussels sprouts.

Day 3
Breakfast: 1 apple grated, 1 cup soy milk and bread wheat. You can accompany the toast with jam ligth.
Lunch: homemade broth, noodles 50g comprehensive and juice 2 tomatoes.
Snack: 1 low-fat yogurt with cereal and two slices of bread. You can accompany the ligth of bread and jam.
Dinner: salad of bean sprouts, mushrooms, onions, almonds, tomatoes, cabbage and celery.

Day 4
Breakfast: 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup soy milk and bread wheat. You can accompany the toast with jam ligth.
Lunch: salad brussels sprouts, carrots, apples, walnuts or almonds, tomatoes, and toast.
Snack: fruit salad and crackers 3.
Dinner: 2 eggs, brown rice salad with walnuts and mixed salad.

You can perform this procedure as long as you want.
